A travel request is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Srinagar Package.
Any special requests will be subject to availability and confirmation from the concerned service provider.
The total package price and payment schedule will be communicated before the booking is finalized.
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the package selected and the policies of the hotels, transport providers and other services involved.
Unless a different policy has been specifically communicated for your booking, the following general cancellation charges may apply:

Accommodation, vehicles and sightseeing services are provided according to the inclusions mentioned in the selected Kashmir package.
Hotel categories, room types, vehicle availability, sightseeing schedules and other arrangements may be subject to availability.
Certain destinations in Kashmir can be affected by weather, road conditions, traffic restrictions, government regulations or seasonal factors. In such situations, the itinerary may need to be adjusted for traveler safety and operational reasons.
Travelers are responsible for carrying all documents required for their journey, including valid identification and any permits or documents applicable to specific travel arrangements.
Srinagar Package will not be responsible for problems caused by incorrect, incomplete or expired documents.
Travelers are also expected to follow applicable local rules, safety instructions and guidelines during their stay in Kashmir.
Travel plans can sometimes be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, snowfall, road closures, natural events, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, strikes or other unexpected situations.
Where possible, Srinagar Package will assist in making reasonable alternative arrangements. Any additional cost arising from such changes may be payable by the traveler, depending on the circumstances and service-provider policies.
Srinagar Package may arrange services through independent hotels, transport operators, houseboats, activity providers, guides and other local vendors.
While we make reasonable efforts to coordinate these services, their operations may be outside our direct control. Service availability, schedules or arrangements may therefore change due to circumstances affecting the respective provider.
Srinagar Package may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, booking procedures or applicable requirements.
